What it is
If you hit with a tracker, you can bring its numbers into SwingVantage from a photo of the screen or by typing them in. File import is for golf launch monitors only.
Be clear about what is kept today: from HitTrax, only launch angle is saved; from bat sensors such as Blast Motion, Zepp and Diamond Kinetics, only attack angle is saved. Exit velocity, bat speed, distance and time to contact are shown so you can check them while you review, but they are not saved and do not feed diagnosis or trends yet. The import screen tells you which fields will be kept before you save.
For the mechanical read itself, a swing video in Motion Lab is the main source: it reads your body movement and ranks the one issue most worth working on.

Photograph or note your numbers
Take a clear photo of the tracker screen, or have the numbers ready to type in.

Import and review
Choose photo import, pick your device, and review every value. The screen lists which fields are saved and which are only shown for review.

Pair with a swing video
Add a swing clip from the same session in Motion Lab so the mechanical read has the video behind it.
