- 1Between shots, let golf go — notice your steps and breath.
- 2Feel three full breaths matched to your stride.
- 3Soften your eyes and take in the course, not the score.
- 4About 30 seconds before your shot, switch the "play" mode back on.
- 5Arrive at the ball calm and ready to commit.
