The routine

  2. 2One breath, narrow to this point.
  3. 3Pick one clear target and pattern.
  4. 4Say: "One point. Clear target."
  5. 5Play it fully.

Cues

One slow exhale.

Eyes to your target, not the score.

Did I play the scoreboard or the ball?

When & how to use it

When: Serving for it, facing break/game point, or closing out.

Practice it: Play practice tiebreaks with the "one point" cue.
