Reliability
How we keep SwingVantage available and resilient — and how we respond when something goes wrong.
Global, redundant hosting
The app is served from a global edge network with automatic failover, so a single region issue does not take the product down.
Resilient by design (keyless fallbacks)
Core analysis runs in your browser and degrades gracefully. If an external service is unavailable, the product keeps working in a local-first mode rather than failing.
Abuse & overload protection
Rate limiting and a daily spend cap on AI endpoints keep abuse or a traffic spike from degrading service for everyone.
Backups & recovery
When cloud accounts are enabled, data is stored on managed infrastructure with backups, and you can export a full personal archive at any time.
When something goes wrong
We maintain a written incident-response runbook covering scenarios such as a service outage, a security event, or a data concern — so our response is a checklist, not a scramble. Sensitive internal actions are recorded in an audit log to support review. If you ever notice a problem, tell us at support@swingvantage.com and we will keep you informed.
An honest note on uptime commitments
SwingVantage is an early-stage, pre-revenue product. We do not yet publish a contractual uptime SLA or a live status page. What we can promise is resilient engineering, transparent communication during incidents, and that your data remains exportable and private regardless of service status. Formal availability commitments are on our compliance roadmap.
