All SwingVantage updates — page 3

Every update we've published, in order — 829 so far.

  1. Motion Lab reports now count every swing in a multi-swing clip and score swing-to-swing repeatability and tempo consistency
  2. Slow-pitch and fast-pitch softball now get genuinely different coaching. Slow-pitch advice is measured against the ball's descending arc instead of a flat pitch, and fast-pitch adds rise-ball and drop-ball reads.
  3. Fast-pitch softball now analyses slap hitting as its own swing, with its own phases, faults and drills, instead of judging it against standard-swing mechanics
  4. Swing analysis and the AI coach now judge each softball discipline against its own pitch. Slow-pitch is measured against the ball's steep descent, fast-pitch against a flat-to-rising delivery, and a slap is scored as the running swing it is.
  5. Slow-pitch and fast-pitch softball now have their own benchmarks, guides, drills and courses instead of sharing a single "softball" page, so the advice you get matches the pitch you actually face
  6. Fast-pitch softball reports no longer show slap-hitting notes to standard hitters
  7. Slap hitters in fast-pitch softball now get drills, phases and reference ranges built for a slap instead of for a standard swing
  8. Your report and daily focus now explain why each fix was chosen, in plain English
  9. When your video quality is too low to trust, your results now say so plainly — on screen and in the downloadable report
  10. A calmer home screen — one clear next action, deep stats one tap away, and smoother loading with no content jumps
  11. The updates page now covers July 2026 — twelve new milestones on the progress timeline, and every entry reads cleanly instead of repeating itself
  12. See Your Analysis Before Creating an Account
  13. The benchmark range bar now shows where your target sits inside the typical window, instead of looking the same for every metric
  14. Removing a family athlete now asks you to confirm first, tells you it also removes them from your account, and the removal no longer reappears on your other devices
  15. Benchmark Ranges for Your Skill Level — Honestly Labeled
  16. Your progress page now tells you when you're improving, stalling, or sliding back — including when an old fault quietly returns — and shows your personal best in every sport
  17. Every sport now shows typical benchmark ranges for your skill level — including golf — each labeled with how well-researched it is
  18. Your analysis now includes the typical ranges athletes at your level hit — as honest reference context alongside your own measured numbers
  19. Skill mastery is now only awarded when repeated evidence backs it up — one great session counts as progress, not mastery
  20. If your swing analysis gets interrupted — or the AI review is briefly unavailable — SwingVantage now keeps your clip safe on your device and still gives you one clear next step
  21. Fixed the guided recorder failing to start your camera, which left recordings empty with no warning
  22. Your AI Coach Now Remembers Your History
  23. Your One Fix now knows your history — when you've worked on the same issue before, your report says what your retest actually showed and frames today's practice around it
  24. Your coach now remembers everywhere — reports, Today, your practice plan, and even offline answers acknowledge what you worked on and what your retests actually showed, you can confirm or erase any remembered item, and erasing it sticks across your devices
  25. Deleting or resetting your data now tells you exactly how far it reaches — this device, or your account on every device — before you confirm
  26. Swing Trace — See the Path Your Club, Bat, or Racquet Traveled
  27. Your swing trace now stays with the swing — come back tomorrow and the picture is still there — and when you retest, your earlier swing appears underneath the new one so you can see the change instead of taking our word for it
  28. Steadier 3D, steadier turn numbers
  29. Motion Lab now takes a much closer look at the moment of contact, so everything that depends on strike quality has far more to work with
  30. Turn on swing syncing and your history now follows you to a new phone — past analyses and retest comparisons come back instead of starting from scratch
  31. An analysis we couldn't grade now says so everywhere it appears, instead of showing a blank score or a made-up one
  32. Comparing a swing to an earlier one now lines the two up by what the body is doing rather than by raw position, so the same moment in each swing sits side by side even when one was slower
  33. Swing analysis now concentrates its frames on the part of the clip where you are actually moving, and prefers the sharper frames when it has a choice
  34. Your report can now speak in joint angles — elbow, knee, hip, shoulder and torso turn at each point in the swing — and they read the same whichever way the camera was pointing
  35. There's now one clear way to record a swing — the guided recorder walks you through framing your shot, then sends your clip straight to analysis
  36. Opt In and Your Swing History Follows Your Account
  37. If you are signed in you can now choose to sync your swing analyses to your account, so your history and retests come with you to a new phone. It is off unless you turn it on, and your video is never uploaded.
  38. Every guide now ends with the one fix to make, how to practice it, and the retest that tells you it worked — instead of a list of things to try
  39. Motion Lab now shows how your weight moves through the swing — how much is on your front foot at address, at the top and at contact — so you can see whether you actually shift or hang back. It is read from your body's center of mass, not a pressure plate, and the app says so.
  40. Every one of our guides now ends the same way — the single fix to make, how to practice it, and the retest that tells you it worked
  41. When a video does not show enough of your movement to score part of it, SwingVantage now tells you that plainly instead of showing a middling number
  42. After analyzing a swing you now get the full guided breakdown by default — the 3D replay, the visual proof behind the finding, your one fix, the practice plan and the retest
  43. Your progression — practice days, closed loops and verified improvements — now follows your account, so switching devices or clearing your browser no longer loses it
  44. New in Labs: Confidence Honesty — see how often the engine's stated confidence is proven right by your own retests, tracked privately on your device
  45. Every Drill Gets Its Own Full Lesson Page
  46. Every SwingVantage training video now has its own full lesson page with a clear step-by-step guide
  47. The Coach tab now only appears for athletes set up as coaches — everyone else sees Profile there, with a direct link to Account settings
  48. Verified progress milestones on your Progress page
  49. Commit to your fix straight from a video analysis
  50. We cleaned up a repeated announcement on our updates page — you'll now see it once, not three times
  51. Your analysis now shows everything that was checked on your swing — including what came back healthy — not just what was flagged
  52. Swing replay controls now work fully from the keyboard, and 3D views can be changed with a single tap instead of dragging
  53. The Library now curates the exact lessons to work on for your current fix, each with an at-a-glance quality read and a clear reason it is recommended
  54. Each golf drill now has its own full lesson page with a demo video and a clear step-by-step guide
  55. Editorial guides now pair sport-specific athlete studies with clear visual explanations across every sport
  56. Blog articles now offer a cleaner reading experience without generated infographic cards
  57. Educational visuals now use one consistent, accessible style across glossary and article experiences
  58. Motion Lab controls, coaching guidance, and athlete learning copy are now clearer and more consistent
  59. Coaching articles now keep guidance focused without repetitive checklist cards
  60. Glossary and blog guides now mix bespoke athlete artwork with clearer instructional infographics
