Step by step
What is XP?
XP (experience points) is earned by completing sessions, maintaining streaks, finishing challenges, protecting your data with backups, and reaching milestones. XP tracks your overall engagement and effort.
Badges and achievements
Badges are earned by reaching specific goals — like completing 10 sessions, maintaining a 7-day streak, or improving a key metric. Each badge is tied to real athletic progress.
Challenges
Challenges are short-term goals powered by your real session data — for example, "complete 5 sessions this week" or "improve carry consistency by 10%." Join challenges to earn extra XP and badges.
Privacy
By default, your profile is private. You choose what is visible to others. You can opt out of leaderboards entirely at any time. Youth athletes have extra privacy protections.
Protecting your community progress
Your XP, badges, challenges, and streaks are all included in your SwingVantage backup. Export a backup regularly so your community progress is safe.

Try it nowCommon mistakes
Trying to change everything at once.
Follow the one-fix idea: work a single priority, then retest before moving on.
Skipping the retest, so you never confirm the change stuck.
Re-record the same way after practicing and compare against where you started.
What happens next
Practice with drills
Work the fix with targeted drills built around what your swing actually needs.

Trust & accuracy
SwingVantage is honest about certainty: findings are labeled by how they were produced and how confident they are. Treat them as a strong starting point you confirm with your own retest, not a final verdict.
