New Motion Lab — See Your Swing in 3D

Upload or record a clip and SwingVantage rebuilds your motion as a 3D figure you can spin around, slow down, and step through frame by frame. You get a phase-by-phase breakdown (setup, top, impact, finish, and more), clear scores for things like power, balance, rotation, and timing, the top three things to work on, and a simple practice plan — all created privately on your own device. It works for golf, tennis, baseball, and softball.

What changed and why it matters

You can finally see your whole motion in 3D, understand what happens in each phase, and get a clear, prioritized plan of what to fix first — with no special equipment.

A flat video only shows one angle. Seeing your motion in 3D, broken into phases with honest scores, makes it far easier to understand what is actually happening and where the biggest improvement is hiding.

How to use it

Where to find it: Go to Analyze > Motion Lab (3D) in the menu, choose your sport and motion, then upload or record a clip.

Do you need to do anything? None — just bring a clip. For even sharper, measured 3D, film the same rep from two angles about 90 degrees apart and SwingVantage will combine them.

In a nutshell

SwingVantage Motion Lab reconstructs a swing, serve, pitch, or throw from a phone video into a 3D figure with phase-by-phase breakdowns, biomechanical scores, the top fixes, and a practice plan, running privately on the user's own device for golf, tennis, baseball, and softball. Results are clearly labeled as on-device estimates from video; filming from two angles produces measured 3D.
