牺牲触击

牺牲触击是有意把球轻轻触入场内以推进跑垒员,用击球员的出局换取跑垒员进入得分位置。
在一个得分稀缺、由投手主导的比赛环境中,一分往往就能决定胜负。牺牲触击是制造这一分最直接的方式:与其冒险打一个可能毫无推进效果的打席,击球员通过牺牲自己来保证跑垒员的推进。这项技术要求提前做出承诺——身体转向面对投手,握把略微缩短,并让棒面变软,使球偏转到内野草坪上,而不是直接弹回投手或野手方向。
落点是区分有效牺牲触击与被杀在推进垒位上的关键技能。当跑垒员在一垒时,标准触击瞄准三垒边线,让球远离投手,以防在二垒被force out,同时又足够靠近边线,让冲抢的三垒手需要一次长传。面对能够快速处理防守位置的投手,把触击稍微偏向一垒方向,能让球留在更难防守的右侧。接触瞬间的球棒角度控制着方向:把棒把向前推送球朝三垒方向去;把棒头朝一垒方向打开则会让球偏向右侧。
牺牲触击是整套小球战术的入门技能。能在压力下稳定执行它的击球员,也学会了拖击触击和抢打触击背后所依赖的球棒角度控制和柔和接触机制——这些更高阶的技术使用相同的手感,但加入了跑动动量,并瞄准更难防守的位置。一支无法稳定完成牺牲触击的球队,其整体小球战术能力也会受限,因为拖击触击和抢打同样需要在更艰难的身体条件下运用相同的球棒控制力。
Think of it as catching the ball on the bat rather than hitting it. Soften your grip slightly, hold the bat out in front, and let the pitch contact the barrel rather than pushing the bat forward to meet it. The ball will deaden itself if the bat is passive.
Use the pitcher's location to direct the bunt. A pitch on the inside half is naturally easier to bunt toward third; an outside pitch is easier to push toward first. Rather than fighting the pitch location, let it determine the direction and place your bat angle accordingly.

How it shows up on video
Watch the bat angle and ball placement on the bunt. A good sacrifice bunt goes from one to two feet of the foul line in the infield grass. This gives the fielder a charge but a long or difficult throw. Also watch for lift — any bat angle tilted backward at contact sends the ball toward the pitcher rather than softly down the line.
Common mistakes
- Pushing the bat into the ball rather than letting it absorb the contact. This means an active push produces a hard bunt that gets back to the pitcher quickly.
- Squaring too early, allowing the pitcher to adjust location away from the bat and make the bunt awkward.
- Bunting with the meat of the barrel directly. This means the end of the barrel produces the softest contact. Bunting on the barrel's sweet spot drives the ball harder than intended.
- Aiming at the pitcher's mound — a bunt that reaches the pitcher is an almost certain double-play ball in fast-pitch.

什么情况下不应该使用牺牲触击?
当跑垒员速度快到足以靠一记安打从一垒直接跑回本垒时;当防守方已经内收防触击(消除了触击的优势)时;当已经两人出局时(牺牲触击只会白白增加第三个出局数而不能得分);或者后面的击球员明显比现在这名击球员更强时。
牺牲触击和推击触击有什么区别?
牺牲触击通常瞄准边线方向,以推进跑垒员。推击触击则瞄准中路或右侧——穿过投手,并从冲抢的一垒手和三垒手之间穿过——目的是打成安打而不是牺牲。推击触击需要更高的精度,但有可能打出真正的安打。
