The AI Swing Report is the comprehensive analysis document SwingVantage generates after processing your video, combining the deterministic engine's findings with optional AI-enhanced commentary into a single, prioritized report.
Every report opens with the heuristic engine's findings — primary fault, confidence score, and recommended fix — before presenting optional AI-enriched context. The AI layer adds narrative explanation, drill suggestions, and contextual coaching language, but it augments the deterministic core rather than replacing it. Data-provenance labels appear throughout the report so you always know whether a number was measured, estimated, or AI-inferred. The report also includes a retest protocol so the analysis closes with a clear next action.
Read the report top-to-bottom once, then focus only on the Primary Fault section for your first drill block. The rest of the report is useful context, not a to-do list — address secondary faults only after the primary fault is confirmed fixed.
Compare AI Swing Reports from three or more consecutive sessions targeting the same drill focus. A declining severity score for the primary fault across those reports, combined with an increasing confidence score, is the strongest evidence of genuine improvement.

Common mistakes
- Reading the AI report without cross-checking the referenced frames in the timeline — the report is a summary; the timeline is the evidence.
- Acting on the secondary and tertiary fault recommendations before the primary fault is resolved — the report prioritizes by impact; so should you.
- Treating AI-enhanced commentary the same as deterministic findings — the deterministic section is factual; the AI section is interpretive commentary on those facts.
- Not revisiting old reports after new sessions — comparing report language across sessions reveals whether the analysis is reliably finding the same faults or whether new patterns are emerging.
