In short

BodySync helps you link the feel of a movement to the mechanics SwingVantage sees, so the changes you groove in drills actually show up in your full swing.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open BodySync

Go to /bodysync to work on connecting movement and feel.

  2. 2

    Focus on the target motion

Work the specific body movement tied to your current fix.

  3. 3

    Build the feel

Repeat until the movement feels natural, not forced.

  4. 4

    Transfer it

Take the feel into your full swing, then retest to confirm it carried over.

Why feel matters

Most swing changes fail because a drill feel never transfers to the real swing. BodySync is about bridging that gap — connecting the movement you practice to the mechanics that show up on video.

How to use it

  • Pair BodySync work with your current fix, not random movements.
  • Go slow first, then add speed.
  • Retest your full swing to confirm the change transferred.

Your video and your privacy

Your swing is yours. To generate a report, frames from your video are sent securely to our AI analysis provider — that is what reads your body positions and motion.

We do not sell your data and we do not run ads. Your sessions are tied to your private account and synced across your devices so you can pick up where you left off.

You can review, export, or delete what you create from the Data center at any time.

It is an aid, not a requirement. Your one fix and drills are the core; BodySync helps the change stick.
