AI Coach

Your always-on coaching companion — ask questions about your swing, your plan, and your sport, grounded in your own results.Last updated

In short

AI Coach is a conversational coaching assistant inside SwingVantage. Ask it about your diagnosis, what drill to do, or how to handle a situation, and it answers in plain language — informed by your sport and your own swing history.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open AI Coach

Go to swingvantage.com/ai-coach. It is available any time — no appointment, no waiting.

  2. 2

    Ask a real question

Try “What should I work on first?”, “Give me a drill for my over-the-top move”, or “How do I warm up before a round?”.

  3. 3

    Get a grounded answer

Answers are written for your sport and reference your own results where relevant, so the advice fits you — not a generic tip sheet.

  4. 4

    Turn advice into action

Add suggested drills to your plan, or jump straight to your diagnosis or a drill from the conversation.

What AI Coach is for

AI Coach fills the gap between sessions. When you have a question at 9pm — what to practice, how to read a result, how to approach a match — it gives you a clear, instant answer instead of leaving you to guess.

It is built to be honest: it leans on your real data and your sport, and it will tell you when something is a general principle versus a read of your specific swing.

Good things to ask

  • “What is my single biggest priority right now?”
  • “Give me a 15-minute practice plan for this week.”
  • “What drill fixes a slice?”
  • “How should I think about nerves on the first tee / first serve?”
  • “Explain my diagnosis in simpler terms.”

How it stays useful

AI Coach works best when you have analyzed at least one swing — that gives it your real context. The more you use SwingVantage, the more specific its guidance becomes.

Your video and your privacy

Your swing is yours. Motion Lab reads it on your device: body tracking runs in your browser, and your video file is not uploaded for analysis.

Frames from your video leave your device only through optional features you choose. The AI vision review, which you start yourself, sends a small sample of still frames to a third-party AI provider; our servers pass them through without storing them. If your device cannot read a clip, you can agree to an optional cloud re-read of a limited set of still frames.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. When you sign in, your sessions, progress and saved analyses are kept in your private account and synced across your devices. A saved analysis can include one still frame for its swing trace. Your video files are not uploaded unless you choose to share one for training, an optional box offered only to signed-in adults filming themselves.

You can review, export, or delete what you create from the Data Center at any time.

Frequently asked questions

No — it is an AI assistant. That is its strength: it is available instantly, any time, and it is consistent. For human feel and accountability, pair it with a coach.

Does it know about my swing?

Yes, where you have data. It references your sport and your own results so the advice fits you rather than being generic.

What can I ask it?

Anything about your swing, drills, your plan, your sport, or how to use SwingVantage. If it is unsure, it tells you instead of inventing an answer.
