Your Dashboard

Your home base — your latest analysis, what to work on today, and your progress over time, all in one place.Last updated

In short

The dashboard is your SwingVantage home. It surfaces your most recent diagnosis, your current fix, Today’s Tasks, and your progress, so you always know the one thing to work on next.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open your dashboard

Go to swingvantage.com/dashboard after signing in. It is the natural place to start each session.

Your latest diagnosis and top fix sit front and center so you always know your priority.

The dashboard turns your plan into a short, doable list for today — the drills and actions that move your fix forward.

  4. 4

    Watch your progress

See how your sessions and retests trend over time so improvement feels real and motivating.

  5. 5

    Jump back in

Upload a new swing, open AI Coach, or revisit a drill — the dashboard links you straight to the next step.

What the dashboard shows

The dashboard is designed so you never have to wonder “what now?”. It pulls your most important information to the top: your current fix, what to do today, and whether you are trending in the right direction.

Today’s Tasks

Today’s Tasks turns your plan into a short checklist for the day — usually a drill or two and a quick action. It is the bridge between knowing your fix and actually grooving it.

Keep coming back and the tasks adapt as you progress.

Your first visit

If you are brand new, the dashboard will guide you to your first action: analyze a swing. Once you have one analysis, it fills in with your fix, tasks, and progress.

Your video and your privacy

Your swing is yours. Motion Lab reads it on your device: body tracking runs in your browser, and your video file is not uploaded for analysis.

Frames from your video leave your device only through optional features you choose. The AI vision review, which you start yourself, sends a small sample of still frames to a third-party AI provider; our servers pass them through without storing them. If your device cannot read a clip, you can agree to an optional cloud re-read of a limited set of still frames.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. When you sign in, your sessions, progress and saved analyses are kept in your private account and synced across your devices. A saved analysis can include one still frame for its swing trace. Your video files are not uploaded unless you choose to share one for training, an optional box offered only to signed-in adults filming themselves.

You can review, export, or delete what you create from the Data Center at any time.
