In short

Training turns your diagnosis into action. It builds a focused plan around your top fix and surfaces it as Today’s Tasks — a short daily checklist — so practice is purposeful instead of vague.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open Training

Go to /training to see your plan built around your current fix.

  2. 2

    Do Today’s Tasks

Work the short daily checklist — usually a drill or two and a quick action.

  3. 3

    Keep the streak

Come back regularly; the plan adapts as you progress.

  4. 4

    Retest

After consistent work, upload a fresh swing to confirm the fix is moving.

From diagnosis to habit

Knowing your fix is not the same as fixing it. Training bridges the gap by turning your fix and drills into a doable daily plan so the work actually happens.

Your first plan

If you are brand new, Training starts from a true empty state and fills in once you have a diagnosis — no fake sample routine to confuse you.

Your video and your privacy

Your swing is yours. To generate a report, frames from your video are sent securely to our AI analysis provider — that is what reads your body positions and motion.

We do not sell your data and we do not run ads. Your sessions are tied to your private account and synced across your devices so you can pick up where you left off.

You can review, export, or delete what you create from the Data center at any time.

Why is my training empty?

You have not analyzed a swing yet. Once you have a diagnosis, your plan and Today’s Tasks fill in.

How much should I do?

A little, consistently. A focused 10–20 minutes beats an occasional marathon.
