In short

Sessions are the record of each swing you analyze. You can also import past data — including from images — so your history and progress reflect more than just what you film today.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open Sessions

Go to /sessions to see your analyzed swings and import options.

  2. 2

    Review your history

Each session holds the analysis, fix, and notes for that swing.

  3. 3

    Import past data

Bring in earlier data, including from images, to enrich your history.

  4. 4

    Track progress

A fuller history means more meaningful progress and benchmarks.

What a session is

Every time you analyze a swing, it becomes a session — a saved record of the analysis, your fix, and any notes, tied to your account.

Bring in your history

Importing past data — including from images — lets your progress and benchmarks reflect your full journey, not just today.

Your video and your privacy

Your swing is yours. To generate a report, frames from your video are sent securely to our AI analysis provider — that is what reads your body positions and motion.

We do not sell your data and we do not run ads. Your sessions are tied to your private account and synced across your devices so you can pick up where you left off.

You can review, export, or delete what you create from the Data center at any time.
