Definition

बैटिंग ग्लव्स पतले ग्लव हैं जिन्हें हिटिंग के दौरान एक या दोनों हाथों पर पहना जाता है ताकि ग्रिप सुधरे, कंपन कम हो, और लंबे सेशन के दौरान छालों से बचाव हो।

How it shows up on video

Batting gloves aren't mechanically visible in slow-pitch but their effect on grip is reflected in swing consistency. A batter with poor grip will show handle slippage at contact on high-speed video. This causes the bat to twist and reducing energy transfer to the ball. Gloves reduce that slippage and vibration on mis-hits.

Common mistakes

Wearing batting gloves that are too large, allowing excess movement and reducing tactile bat feel
Using worn-out gloves with smooth, slippery palms that provide less grip than bare hands
Over-gripping the bat because of glove discomfort, causing forearm tension that slows bat speed
Neglecting glove care — leather gloves need regular cleaning to maintain their tacky grip surface
