Definition

出手角度是投手出手瞬间投球臂的垂直朝向——从上肩投法、四分之三投法、侧投到潜水艇式投法——它决定了投球平面和移动特征。

Use slow-motion video across a full bullpen session to verify your arm angle is identical across all pitch types. This means any pitch-to-pitch slot variation is a coachable tell that advanced hitters at higher levels will identify and exploit.

How it shows up on video

On video, arm angle is measured at the moment the throwing elbow reaches its highest point in the delivery. A consistent angle across reps is a sign of repeatable mechanics. Common errors visible on camera include the elbow dropping between reps (fatigue or poor scapular loading), the shoulder tilting to compensate for a restricted thoracic spine that forces a lower slot than intended. Common mistakes
