球棒路径

球棒路径是指棒头从蓄力到收棒所经过的三维路线——它在击球区内的形状，比单纯的棒速更能决定接触是扎实还是软弱。
球棒路径有两个最重要的组成部分：垂直分量（攻角——棒头在接触过程中是上升、水平还是下降）和水平分量（棒头是朝身体方向还是远离身体方向运行，位于双手内侧还是外侧）。良好的球棒路径会较早进入击球区，尽可能长时间地贴近来球本身的飞行平面，并通过延伸、而非绕过身体的方式收棒。这个“保持在平面上”的窗口，正是把几毫秒的时机误差转化为扎实接触而非挥空的关键。
