在双打匹克球中，沉默的组合会把决定交给运气。有效的搭档沟通涵盖：在中路球到达之前就喊出来、在覆盖交叉时喊“换位”、对可能出界的球喊“让它弹”，以及在两分之间讨论站位堆叠。背后打出的非口头信号——一根手指代表直线，两根手指代表斜线——能在不惊动对手的情况下传达发球或回球方向。与固定搭档建立一套沟通体系，与提升个人击球能力同样重要。

Develop a complete hand-signal system for serve direction, return direction, and stack positioning and drill it in practice until the signals become reflexive. This means match pressure will test whether it is truly automatic.

How it shows up on video

Common mistakes
- Calling mine after the ball has already passed mid-court, too late for the partner to trust the call and disengage
- Never establishing a middle-coverage rule, leaving every middle ball as a live split-second negotiation
- Using uneven hand signals that the partner misreads, producing a cross-up on serve or return direction
- Discussing positioning only after an error rather than before the point, when the information could prevent the error
