Arka Ayaktan Vurmak

Also known as: arka-ayak vuruşu, ağırlık transferi yok

Definition

Example

Erken olmamaya kararlı olan vurucu, temas boyunca arka bacakta geride kalır ve iyi zamanlanmış bir swing bile karşı dönecek ileri ağırlık transferi olmadığından yalnızca mütevazı bir çıkış hızı üretir.

How it shows up on video

Hitting off the back foot shows the back leg still bearing most of the body's weight at contact, with the front leg not fully firmed up. This means the opposite balance pattern from a proper weight transfer that arrives at the front side by contact.

Common mistakes

  • Overcorrecting for a history of being early by refusing to commit weight forward at all
  • Staying on the back leg so long that the hips cannot fire into rotation in time
  • Confusing "staying back" (a timing cue) with "never transferring weight" (a mechanical fault) — the two are not the same thing

In SwingVantage Motion Lab

SwingVantage tracks weight distribution between front and back leg through the swing, flagging cases where the transfer to the front side never meaningfully occurs before contact.
