Without an account, everything you do is kept in this browser on this device. A finished analysis stays there and carries over when you sign up or sign in, so you do not have to film it again.

The account exists because a fix is only useful if it is still there when you practise and retest. It also lets your progress follow you to another phone or computer — see syncing across devices.

Nothing in the product sits behind a paywall today. The free plan is called SwingVantage Core; the only thing you may be asked for is a free account, for the parts that have to be saved to you, like your fix and your retest.

Paid tiers are planned as optional extras on top, not as a way to take the core loop away — the pricing page states that your fix, plan and retest stay free. See what paid plans will add.

There is no data catch either. SwingVantage does not sell your data and does not use your swing data for advertising — see do you sell my data?.

The pricing page commits that paid tiers will only add depth, such as AI-enhanced analysis, and that nothing free today is taken away later. Until they launch, there is nothing to buy.

AI Enhance is meant to add optional AI-enhanced depth on top of your free swing read and more personalised practice plans. Team is aimed at coaches, facilities and academies.

Several items on both plans are marked "planned" on the pricing page, which means they are not built yet. Treat those as a roadmap rather than something you can use today.

You cannot be charged for anything right now: checkout stays switched off until paid plans launch.

Use sign up for a new account and sign in when you have one. There is no social or single sign-on option at the moment — email and password is the only way in.

On a shared computer, signing out removes your synced data from that device. It stays safe in your account and comes back when you sign in again.

You can also go straight to reset your password. After you set the new one, sign in as normal.

No email? Check your spam folder and make sure you used the address the account was created with. If it still does not arrive, contact us.

A synced swing analysis holds the reads, a compact motion track and, for some swings, one still frame used to draw your swing trace. Settings also has a "Sync your swing analyses" switch, which keeps an additional copy of each analysis in your account.

Offline changes are kept on the device and sync when you reconnect. Without an account nothing syncs — your data stays in the browser where you created it. See where your data is stored.

For when paid plans launch, the Terms of Service say you can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals, and paid features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription by itself, so if you ever have one, cancel the billing first.

Detailed refund and free-trial terms are still being finalized and will appear in the Terms of Service before paid plans launch. Any trial length and the price will be shown at checkout before you confirm.

If you ever believe you were charged in error, email support@swingvantage.com and it will be reviewed.

1. If you want a copy, use Export in the Data Center first — deletion cannot be undone.
2. Scroll to "Delete account & all cloud data".
3. Type DELETE; the button stays disabled until the word matches.
4. When deletion completes, you are signed out and SwingVantage is cleared from that device.

Deletion starts straight away, but it can show as queued while any upload or analysis in progress is brought to a safe stop. You can leave the page; the request carries on.

No account? Then there is no account to delete: your data lives in this browser, and clearing its storage removes it. If self-serve deletion is ever unavailable, email privacy@swingvantage.com and the erasure will be completed for you.
